ELIGIBILITY The UFS Big Deal Club program ("membership") is open to U.S. residents at least 18 years of age, who provide and maintain a working e-mail address. Communications about the program, including changes, primarily will be electronic by e-mail or on www.iloveufs.com. By joining the program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older, and by using this program, you agree to the Rules of the program. Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your membership is valid only at UFS Downtown Outlet Center. Membership begins when you pick up and activate your Big Deal Club card. Points will only be awarded on purchases made after member recieves their Big Deal Club card, past purchases or purchases made during the sign up process are ineligible. Merchandise that must be ordered is still eligible to earn points, however points will only be awarded once all merchandise is in the customers possesion. UFS Savings Center Inc. may, at any time, terminate or modify the Big Deal Club program by posting changes on www.iloveufs.com. UFS Savings Center Inc. reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason or no reason and at its sole discretion. Employees of UFS Savings Center Inc. who are eligible for employee-based discounts are not eligible for membership in the Big Deal Club program.

POINT VALUE
You must have a minimum balance of 100 points to redeem your points towards purchase. Points will only be awarded on purchases made after member recieves their Big Deal Club card, past purchases or purchases made during the sign up process are ineligible. Points are automatically deducted from your account once merchandise is issued to you. Points may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the amount of the sum presented for redemption, excluding sales tax. Points may not be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed the purchase amount. Points have no cash value. As a member of the UFS Big Deal Club you will earn 1 point for nearly every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases (see "Non-Qualifying Purchases" below) when you show your membership card at the time of purchase in store at UFS Downtown Outlet Center.

NON-QUALIFYING PURCHASES The following items are considered non-qualifying purchases for which points will not be awarded: water, soda, tobacco products, motor oil, hot deals, clearance items, instant rebates and the value of mail-in rebates on purchases, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, service charges, restocking fees, commercial purchases, other excluded charges, charges made on AR accounts, and certain items that are excluded in particular promotions. Half points will be earned instead of whole points on the following merchandise: electronics, alcoholic beverages and food. When members pay for a purchase entirely with points, no points will be awarded for that purchase. When members pay for a purchase partialy with points, they will earn 99% of the points for that purchase. Purchases must have a sub-total of at least $2.50 or 100 points to be eligible to redeem points on that purchase. Big Deal Club points will be earned on UFS Gift Card purchases but not on UFS Gift Card redemptions. Members will earn 1 point for every $1 of Gift Card purchases. Other exclusions may apply.

RETURNS When qualifying purchases are returned, points will be deducted from your Big Deal Club account equal to the amount of points earned for that purchase. In the event that a point balance is less than the amount of points earned points will still be deducted. If a point balance is negative the member will be required to make up the difference before being eligible to redeem more points. UFS Savings Center Inc. reserves the right to deduct the value of points earned on the merchandise being returned from your refund. Individual points have a value of 2.5% on the dollar redeemable as a discount towards merchandise. Membership cards and points have no cash value. You cannot give or transfer your membership cards, or points to anyone else. Please keep your membership cards in a safe place because they will not be replaced if lost or stolen. UFS Savings Center Inc. is not responsible for communications lost due to change of address, change of e-mail address or other changes in contact information.
